 For those who undergo cancer treatment, often the life change caused by the illness and chemotherapy treatment leads to significant psychological consequences. If we add to this a change in their appearance, mainly due to hair loss, facing daily life can truly become difficult. This happens to many people every day and is what occurred to Genny Robinson, a young woman from New Jersey who is fighting her battle against cancer. Surgical interventions and therapies debilitated her to the point where she was unable to undergo a hair transplant in the immediate future and, therefore, she opted for a non-surgical solution. Guiding her in her choice was Dr. Alan J. Bauman, a surgeon specialized in hair transplants and the founder of the Bauman Medical Group in Boca Raton, Florida. Genny chose this center thanks to the intervention of the famous hairstylist Martino Cartier, founder of the non-profit Friends Are By Your Side Charity organization.
