Please note: these terms apply exclusively to online sales via the e-shop section intended for private consumers with a shipping address in Italy.

Pursuant to Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you have made a purchase on our website, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to return the product and request a refund.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete the return procedure outlined in the instructions below within 14 days of receiving the package.
For safety reasons, we will only accept returns of products that are completely intact and whose packaging has not been opened or tampered with.
The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, and complete with any outer wrappings, accessories, and instructions. For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used or opened in any way.
If these conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.

The refund of the amount paid for the returned products—issued by crediting the sum back via the original payment method—will be confirmed once CRLAB has received the item and verified the product's integrity.

Instructions for the Right of Withdrawal

1. Notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order by using the return procedure available in the "Returns" section of your user account area.

2. If your return is accepted, pack the product as carefully as possible to protect it during transit. Please note that to qualify for a return, products must be intact and unused (and packaging unopened).

3. Send your package to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Please note that we do not accept packages sent with "recipient pays" (cash on delivery) shipping.

4. Wait for your refund. Upon receipt of the package, the CRLAB team will verify that the return conditions have been met before processing the refund via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, you will need to provide your IBAN and the account holder's name so we can process the refund via bank transfer. In the case of a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.

Note: Returns cannot be made by mail for purchases collected directly from CRLAB Centers.
