Returns and refunds

At CRLAB, we want you to be completely satisfied you’ve got the right product for you. After all, that’s what we’re here to do. So, if for any reason you’re not totally happy with your product purchased from www.crlab.com(?), you can return your intact package, within 14 days of receiving it and get a full refund.

Please be aware that for security and hygiene reasons, we can only provide refunds for unopened items, where the packaging is fully intact and complete with any outer wrapping, accessories, and all instructions.

Returns and refund process

To return a product, follow these steps:

1. Log into ‘My Account’ and complete the return form found under the ‘Returns’ section, within 14 days from the date you received your CRLAB package.

1. If your return request is accepted, pack the product as carefully as possible to make sure it arrives back to us undamaged.

1. After we at Advihair/at CRLAB have received your package and made sure the contents are in perfect, unopened condition, we will re-credit your account using the original payment method used. In the case of a gift, the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase. If you paid cash on delivery, you’ll need to provide us with an IBAN code and account holder’s name so we can refund by bank transfer.

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs and we cannot accept returns where shipping has not been fully paid.
