Please note: the following terms apply exclusively to orders placed in the E-shop section by private consumers with a shipping address in Italy.
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €90.
For orders totaling €89.99 or less (VAT included), shipping costs are €5.99 (VAT included).
Once shipped, express delivery takes 3 business days (4 days for the islands).
Orders cannot be shipped to the towns of Livigno or Campione d’Italia.
The minimum purchase order value is €14 (Euros).
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping for b2c sales.
Product delivery methods
Package integrity and correspondence of quantity and quality with the order.
1. CRLAB will arrange for the delivery of the products selected and ordered by the Customer to the address provided by the Customer, using courier services.
If the Customer chooses "Pickup in store" (collection at a CRLAB center) as the shipping method, they will be notified when the products are available at the Center so that an appointment for collection can be confirmed.
2. Purchased goods will be delivered to the Customer in accordance with the methods and timeframes described below.
3. Once stock availability has been verified, CRLAB will process the accepted order within the next 3 business days. Some products may require additional time to source; in such cases, the Customer will be informed.
4. The Customer may only order products currently listed in the CRLAB online electronic catalog. 5. Should an order placed online exceed the quantity available for a specific item, CRLAB may accept the purchase only up to the amount actually available in its warehouse. CRLAB Customer Service will inform the Customer (by telephone or e-mail) whether or not the ordered products will be available in the future.
DELIVERY WITHIN ITALY
Standard delivery times within Italy, once the shipment has been dispatched, are 48 to 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days preceding public holidays). In specific cases—such as deliveries to the islands or remote areas—delivery times may extend to 72–96 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days preceding public holidays).
7. Upon shipment, the Customer will receive an email asking them to ensure they are available at the delivery address during the following 24–48 hours.
8. Upon receipt of the product, the Customer is required to verify that the delivered product matches the order placed; the Customer must sign the delivery documents only after this verification has been performed (and without prejudice to the right of withdrawal set out in point i) below).
9. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer must check the integrity of the packages and verify that the delivered items correspond to those listed in the accompanying document. Any discrepancies must be noted on the accompanying document and confirmed within seven days—either by fax to 051.0954617, by registered mail with return receipt to CRLAB S.p.a., Via Benini, 11 – 40069 Zola Predosa (BO), or via certified email (PEC) to the address: crlabspa@pec.it.
10. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, home delivery will take place at ground-floor level during office hours: from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). The Customer is required to be available during the aforementioned times to avoid potential additional charges from the express courier for failed deliveries; such charges shall be borne by the Customer in the event of their unavailability during said times.
11. CRLAB is not liable for damage caused by the carrier to the purchased products.
