1. Follicle Excision
The first step involves excising follicular units from the donor area (occipital and parietal) using a dedicated instrument. The micro-incisions produced heal naturally in a short time.
2. Preservation
The follicles are properly preserved in a saline solution at 4° to ensure grafting success in the post-operative phase.
3. Grafting
The follicles are grafted into the recipient area using specific instruments.
Mixed Technique: hair transplant + hair prosthetic system
Thanks to CRLAB's experience, a mixed technique can be employed to achieve particularly significant results. A completely natural result that also allows for full density. If the thinning area is too extensive or the donor area is not sufficiently rich, it is possible to combine the hair transplant (frontal area) with the CRLAB hair prosthetic system (vertex area). The result allows for excellent density and great naturalness.
