I mirtilli sono una delle bacche più comuni ma più preziose al mondo. L’alta presenza di antiossidanti combatte i radicali liberi, i quali accelerano il processo di invecchiamento. Essendo inoltre ricchi di proantocianidine e vitamina B, aiutano a ottenere capelli morbidi, lucenti, lunghi e folti.
Basilico
