CRLAB acquires Aderans France

THE COMPANY DOUBLES IN FRANCE: AFTER NORGIL ACQUIRES THE FRENCH SUBSIDIARY OF THE WORLD'S HAIR COLOSSUS

CRLAB, the company of Zola Predosa whose mission is hair replacement and the well-being of the scalp and hair, continues its advance in France. A few months after the acquisition of Norgil, a leader in the hair sector, CRLAB formalizes the purchase of Aderans France.
Among the most renowned brands in the world in the trichological field, Aderans is a giant with a turnover of over 500 million euros a year, but the French subsidiary has suffered greatly from the difficulties related to the Covid-19 pandemic.

“This acquisition, conducted with AdviCorp as financial adviser and with the collaboration of the Hores-Avocats law firm of Paris led by Blaise Guichon, is a further, important step in our internationalization consolidation process. We want to make the quality of our made in Italy increasingly widespread in Europe and in the world – comments Stefano Ospitali, CRLAB CEO -. We are satisfied with the responses we have received from the French market in recent months and we are excited to raise the bar of the challenge, also in cosideration of an approach to the financial markets that is now quite close “.

Compared to the existing realities on the world market in the hair sector, CRLAB stands out above all for trichological prostheses, a product that represents a unicum on a global level. These are strictly tailor-made medical aids, completely handmade, with virgin natural hair never treated, grafted one by one on a skin-friendly polymer base covered by a patent. Far different from any wig on the market, CRLAB prosthetics make possible to conduct a normal routine – including daily shampooing, sports of any kind, and hairdressing appointments for a change of look – without having to take them off. CRLAB also created lines of hair care products, including an innovative hair loss prevention patch, clinically tested and studied for the well-being of the skin-hair system.

“Introducing our products in the medium term – which are experiencing considerable development, also in the oncology sector – in all French centers – explains Ospitali – will be the gradual objective of the coming months. In a historical period in which many brands of the most illustrious made in Italy tradition have been acquired by the French, we are proud to go against the trend, bringing Italian excellence to France “.
